  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Mesh Strainer

Gin

  1. Make Orgeat in advance. (Please…don’t buy it. Homemade is a hundred times better)
  2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice
  3. Measure and combine all ingredients in a shake tin
  4. Chill coupe with ice and water
  5. Add ice to shake tins  
  6. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  7. Empty coupe
  8. Strain with hawthorne and mesh strainer into coupe
  9. Garnish with a lemon twist
