  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Mesh Strainer

Simple Syrup

Benedictine

Rye

  1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice
  2. Make simple syrup by mixing table sugar and water at a 1:1 ratio
  3. Measure and combine all ingredients in a shake tin
  4. Chill coupe with ice and water.
  5. Add ice to shake tins  
  6. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  7. Empty coupe
  8. Strain with hawthorne and mesh strainer into coupe
  9. Garnish with a lemon twist
