  • Citrus Juicer
  • Boston Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Mesh Strainer

Just the stupid build, please!

Lime Juice

Simple Syrup

Rum, Aged

Rum, Dark

  1. Squeeze fresh lime juice
  2. Make ginger syrup 
  3. Measure and combine all ingredients in a shake tin
  4. Add ice to shake tins and to collins glass 
  5. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  6. Add 1-2 ounces of soda water to shake tin (to properly mix with cocktail as you pour)
  7. Strain with hawthorne into collins glass
  8. Float about 1 ounce of the dark rum on top of the cocktail.  
  9. Garnish with a lime wheel
