Equipment needed:

  • Boston Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Mesh Strainer
  • Coupe

Pineapple Juice

Creme de Cassis

Vodka    (vanilla vodka preferred)

  1. Measure and combine all ingredients in a shake tin
  2. Chill coupe with ice and water.
  3. Add ice to shake tins  
  4. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  5. Empty coupe
  6. Strain with hawthorne and mesh strainer into coupe
  7. Garnish with a lemon twist and/or fresh raspberries
