Cocktail Builds
Clover Club
Light and creamy with just the right amount of raspberries and lemon to balance the floral aspects of the gin. Egg whites can be challenging to overcome, but a light and fluffy reward is yours once you have.
Bramble
The perfect summer cocktail doesn’t exi…..Wait. The Bramble is a gin and blackberry slushy, with a bit of lemon to offset any sweetness and bring a bright aspect to the berries. Cool and refreshing but not cloyingly sweet, hot days on the patio are instantly made better with this refreshing drink.
East Side
The fresh flavors of spring and summer in a cold cocktail! Most people see mint and think only mojito, but add some cucumber and switch out the rum for gin and you have this exceptional patio pounder.
Cornwall Negroni
A famous riff on a Negroni that highlights the rich and velvety sweet vermouth. The bitterness of Campari takes a back seat to the dark and rich flavors of Punt E Mes and Carpano Antica. The Gin is still the loudest voice in the room, but just ever so slightly more than the Vermouth. A great way to introduce a novice to Negronis, and the potable bitter world at large.
Gin Gimlet
Tart and fresh, balanced and herbaceous, the lime and sugar in a gimlet are only the foundation to let the gin take center stage. As classic as cocktails get with out being old and boring.
Army Navy
Not too light, not too heavy; just enough lemon juice to elevate and just enough orgeat to ground. The Army Navy cocktail is balanced perfectly to fit warm summer evenings or blustery fall days in equal measures!
Casino
Luck has nothing to do with taste in drinks. The Casino is definitely spirit forward, but the spirit is old tom gin which is relaxed and gentle, typically with warm notes of honey, mild spice and soft botanicals. A very easy drink you don’t have to gamble on!
Corpse Reviver #2
Designed specifically as the name implies, this cocktail is snappy and bright with a moderate level of alcohol. A hair of the dog remedy when your social engagements will not let you sleep off last night’s over-exertion
French 75
A classic cocktail that can be tailored to fit any time of year. Light and ethereal with gin during the summer, and in colder months you can substitute cognac as the spirit and the result is a rich warmness beautifully balanced by acidity and effervescence.
Aviation
A once obscure pre-prohibition libation that has been vaulted to the pinnacle of cocktails, the Aviation is light, crisp, dry, and clean. It is many peoples first foray into the world of crafted drinks for many reasons, but mostly because it is delicious!
20th Century
Creme de Cacoa replaces the orange liqueur in this riff on a Corpse Reviver. Named for the luxurious red-eye passenger train from New York to Chicago the 20th Century Limited.
Negroni
Bringing Italian bitters into your life in a casual way, the Negroni is often the first taste of the classic Campari for many people
Bees Knee’s
If you’re jerkin suds on the side with a dazzling dish, try this prohibition era cocktail that’s the cat’s pajamas. it rhymes, too.
